PAMELA JEANETTE MOORE GARRETT

Pamela Jeanette Moore Garrett was born December 20, 1963, to Delmas Leon Moore and Birdie Mae Netherly-Moore. She was their youngest child. Pamela departed for eternity on October 20, 2023. She was 59 years old.

Pamela graduated Salutatorian from San Augustine High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. She worked as a neonatal ICU nurse at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas,

Texas. After becoming a mother, Pamela devoted herself to being a stay-at-home mom. This brought her many years of fulfillment and joy.

Pamela accepted Christ at a young age at Mount Horeb Baptist Church in the Bland Lake community. She was a devout Christian all of her life and was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, in Plano, TX.

She leaves behind her children, Bria Simone Muriel (Jonathan) of Forney, TX; and Brian Gary Garrett of Garland, TX; granddaughter, Emerie Elise Muriel; siblings, Mary Kennedy Green of Dallas, TX; Frederick Moore (Mary) of Nacogdoches, TX; Barbara Moore Burrell (Antoine) of Houston, TX; Bobby Lewis Jones of Nacogdoches, TX; and former spouse, Gary Garrett of Rockwall, TX.

She is dearly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Home-going services will be on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 11:00 am at Mount Horeb Baptist Church, 426 CR 102, Center, TX 75935 in the Bland Lake Community.
