ETPOA OFFICER OF THE YEAR - Lt. David Haley (L), investigator with the San Augustine Sheriff’s Office was presented the East Texas Police Officer’s Association Officer of the Year Award this past week at the ETPOA convention. Making the presentation was Alec Thibodaux (R) outgoing President of the ETPOA.
