Marvell Dixon Card is pictured with her mother Josie Blanche Poskey Dixon. Marvell was the only daughter of eight children born to Napoleon Bonaparte Dixon and her mother from December 13, 1908 to 1923. Blanche’s Dad emigrated from Poznan, Poland in 1880, and his name was originally Pauszek. Married to Mrs. Mary Phares in 1884, she passed away in 1895, and remarried Elizabeth Denton, with whom he had five more children. Can anyone tell me who the parents were of Mrs. Mary Phares?
